His feast day on February 1st is an important occasion for us, as we offer prayers for the upcoming growing season and reflect on the importance of balance and harmony in our winemaking process.

Producing Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot wines, these wines are aged in 60 gallon oak barrels for up to three years with minimal filtration methods so the wines retain their fullest flavors.
